Avalon Village is a supported living accommodation for people living with a disability. Our aim is to provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment for those who like a homely feel but also want to be part of an engaging community.

As part of the Skymac Group of companies, we're also one of the largest Supported Accommodation Facilities in Queensland that is accredited as a Level 3 Facility by the Department of Communities under The Residential Services (Accreditation) Act 2002.

 

The three levels of certification relates to:

Level 1 - Accommodation (compulsory)

Level 2 - Food Service

Level 3 - Personal Care Service (optional extras)

We can support you with the care and assistance that you need to live your life independently. On top of being supported, there’s also plenty of spacious living areas and a choice of social get-togethers to enjoy each day. Situated in the southern suburb of Brisbane, Avalon Village offers a choice of 80 single and 28 double rooms. Our welcoming community is what makes Avalon Village such a great place to live. Whether you prefer peace and quiet or more social and lifestyle options, Avalon Village allows you the freedom to live life on your own terms.
